Can I update normally through the settings menu once IOS 11 officially released? My iphone is on Ios 11 public beta right now. I tried downgrading back to ios 10.3.2 but it puts my phone into a recovery mode loop.

When the official iOS 11 will be released, you will be updated to this official version, but if you don't want to participate to the beta anymore you will need to remove your beta profile, otherwise you will have the iOS 11.x beta proposed as updates.
To downgrade an iPhone, you need to first create a backup with iTunes (before upgrading) and use this backup to restore your iPhone (I suppose you don't want to loose your data).
I’ll just stick to the beta until ios 11 officially comes out. Tq for your help.
