Enrollment not being processed

I made a payment for the development program on the 5th of May, got the receipt and everything. But I’m still not enrolled.

Still haven’t been helped. About four agents have responded on email, goes like this “my name is so and so I’m handing you over to so and so”. The most I’ve achieved is getting handed over from one guy to the next but still no actual solution despite providing what has been asked for. This started on the 5th of May by the way, today’s the 28th of May. Just wow.
