I initiated the app installation in iTunes, clicked on Apply. The app stays in status "Installing" in iTunes and the empty icon appears on the iPhone. When I click on the icon I get:
Unable To Install "<app>"
This app could not be installed.
There's no log file in Xcode 9.
I had the same problem. Try to download the apps from the app store
I'm using an IPA file when installing in iTunes, that is not available on the App Store.😟
Has the app been signed properly?
If you are loading the app I would say use Xcode to compile the source code, and ensure it signed properly.
If you are just trying to load an ipa file you will run into issue as you are currently having.
