[Error 500] Developer Enrollment Blank Page & ERROR for Developer Contact Support

Trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and when I clicked Enroll, it gave me an empty blank page with a 500 error in the debug console.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

I tried the Developer Support and it gave me the same issue with a text ERROR: [object Object] on the screen.

I called customer service from my phone to Apple and scheduled a call; however, the solution at the end is "Try refreshing again and again until the Developer Support page works." 😄

Any suggestions on my next step?
