We've put a lot of effort into this update, not to mention all our marketing budget were geared towards its release. But obviously, the longer the app remains in the review process, the less up-to-date the version available in the App Store gets.
Of course, we realize that sometimes things get very hectic and thank the people involved in the review for their efforts.
But what can we do? Have you faced this situation before, and how did you handle it? We did file for expedited review but days gone by, and sadly, still waiting for review.
