HKWorkoutSession not available in iOS using XCode 9 Beta 4

HKWorkoutSession was made available to iOS 11, but with XCode 9, Beta 4 I get compile errors and the HKWorkoutSession header says it only available in watchOS. If was there in Beta 3. Any Ideas?
