Subscription Status URL setup in iTC

Has anyone had success with receiving autorenewing subscripton notifications via the Subscription Status URL in iTunesConnect yet?

I've set one up to do nothing but log incoming events from the App Store. However, the App Information page where you enter it says "This information is used for all platforms of this app. Any changes will be released with your next app version" and I of course have not pushed out a new version of the app just to test this server-to-server communication feature.

Not sure how long I should expect to wait before seeing something come in from the App Store.... or how to debug the problem should nothing ever show up.

Just an update, in case anyone has a similar question, after about an hour I have received notifications from the App Store for subscription events. No need to push an app update to enable this change to the App Information.

I had the same problem but took me few days until receive something, now I have updated the URL 3 days ago and nothing received yet, even worst the old server do not receive data either. So we don't receive receipts in our production environment, no big deal.

Apple isn't good as Google or Amazon about reliabilty, we all had a problem of thing stuck in nowhere with itunes connect . If you place the a URL you should receive data right way or at least still sending data to the old URL.

Can you tell me how to setup the url for Status update notifications. I know the Url be added in iTunes Connect, but can you tell me what are the things i have to do for Url?
