In iTunes Connect Testflight my build I uploaded is not shown.

Hello,

In Testflight my build I uploaded is not shown but the version number is shown, I need to test my app internally to make sure I am ready to release to the app store. Here is a screenshot: Here

If you have any ideas on what I should do to fix this please let me know. Also here is another screenshot where I can't select the build for testing nor send it for Beta Review.

Thank you.

Be patient and keep checking while the backend works to complete the process.

Still no joy, use iTC's Contact Us tree.

Good luck.

Hi, I am facing the exact same problem.

How did you solved it? Is it only a matter of time for the build information to appear?

Regards,

José.

I am facing the same problem in the past 3 days. I upload a version , It is processing then it dissapears from TestFlight. Is there any solution for that?

I am getting the same problem in the past 4 days. When the issue will be solved by Apple developers?

It looks like there is connection error to their server, I found the below error in error console:

NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - https://itunesconnect.apple.com/testflight/v2/providers/560205/apps/1169459176/builds/23284542"

Same issue here. I can even upload the build to the App Store review process for production, but I can't use the same build for TestFlight. I see the version number, but I can't select the build for TestFlight.

Exactly same issue I am facing.

I am uploading my build(ipa) on iTunesconnect using application loader as, I had tried with Xcode but got the Server error (itunes connect error -22421)

How you have upload the build on the iTunesConnect ?

It seems that uploading from application loader results in the error. Please confirm.

If you upload the ipa file, but there is no build in iTunes Connect version, you can view the next feedback message, see what is the problem.

Upload ipa file can try to use Appuploade tool, more convenient and faster upload your ipa file, and can be carried out in the Windows computer

I've seen this happen for the last year. It'll just be gone. I then use Application Loader and that works perfectly.

Anyone get around this issue? If so, how?

We've submitted two builds via Application Loader, each one had an email stating the build completed processing. Each build shows up under the Activity page, but neither are shown under the Builds on the TestFlight page.

Thoughts?

Are you still experiencing this? I've been facing the same issue since yesterday.

I haven't heard back from Apple, but I noticed provisioning profile had changed from Active to Invalid. Re-generating the provisioning profile seems to have helped.

Argh, except now the build has disappeared again. I guess it was only visible during processing. I even received an email from iTunes Connect saying "You can now use this build for TestFlight testing or submit it to the App Store."

In iTunes Connect Testflight my build I uploaded is not shown.
