No accounts with iTunes Connect access

Hi,

I'm getting this message tonight while trying to upload a build. I have successfully uploaded many builds of the same app, most recently just a few days ago.

My account has admin access on both the developer site and iTunes Connect. I logged in to both to make sure that the developer membership had not lapsed, and that there were no unaccepted agreements. Everything looks fine.

Is this a temporary problem on Apple's end?

Frank

I have the exact same issue with Beta 5 of Xcode 9. I never had any issues with prior versions of Xcode 9 or Xcode 8. I am an Agent of one iTC account, a member of another.

What's weird is a few days ago it worked fine…and then it came up again.

I just use Application Loader for now.

I'm getting this error -- did you solve it?

I'm still seeing this. I filed a bug and got a response back that it was working as intended, something having to do with Xcode correctly interpreting the response back from iTunes Connect. That may well be true but something is wrong because it doesn't work with Xcode but works fine with Application Loader. I guess I'll file a bug against iTunes Connect.

Having the same issue with Xcode 8.3.3. One build went succesfully and in a few minutes the very next build could not be uploaded and it is still impossible to upload it. Nothing changed between these two builds. Application Loader works fine.

Having the same issue with Xcode 8.3.3. Fortunately, Application Loader works fine. Thanks

hi folks,

we had the same issue coming up out of the blue.

Removing accounts, and adding them again didnt help or fix the issue.

We ultimately managed found the question on stack overflow https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46231372/xcode-8-3-3-no-accounts-with-itunes-connect-access which was opened recently.

One of the answers suggested to upgrade to xCode 9 - and this also fixed our problem.

No clue why Apple would do this - but on the other hand, Apple never really cared for the developers anyway...

you need to answer a couple of new questions, before it finally uploads again.

Here's how I solved it....it is unclear which of the following was key.

1) The contracts section in iTunesConnect was asking for some new banking information (i.e. was my bank account an individual or corporate account). I answered that. It took about 10 minutes to 'confirm' - meanwhile I did #2 and #3 below.

2) I deleted my iTunes Account account (myname @ gmail . com) from the accounts on my Mac. I then added that account back.

3) I quit Xcode and restarted it.
