It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have the option to download the Mac or iOS 27 betas. All I see is the option for the current public betas for Tahoe and iOS 26. I am a registered developer and thought I would get access to the betas. I've submitted 2 tickets through the feedback assistant and both were closed with the comment "investigation complete - working as designed". I don't know where else to go. Is it true that not every developer gets access to beta software or that developer betas are released in phases? I've never read that anywhere nor heard that once released that beta software isn't available to all developers in the Apple dev program (not the public beta program). Can anyone shed light on this? is this true? Are betas released in phases to developers? At this rate as a developer I will have to wait until the public beta. Help!
Betas not available to all developers?
I think It might be related to your device model. Generally, you can see 'iOS 27 Developer Beta' in 'Settings - General - Software Update - Beta Updates'.
Where are you looking? The beta auto-update feature in the OS itself is buggy. If that's where you're looking, try restarting. And try turning betas on and off and then restarting. If all else fails, you can download the restore images on the developer site.
I've done literally everything. Rebooted, signed in and out etc. I am being told by developer support that betas are phased rollouts and not every developer gets access to the betas at the same time. This is what I am trying to verfiy. The behavior is the same on all my devices, Mac / iPhone etc. all I see are the options for the public betas for 26 / Tahoe, nothing for 27. Are betas indeed phased rollouts and not every dev gets access to the beta at the same time?
Apparently, Apple didn't drop support for any devices this time, so if your device was able to get iOS 26, it will be able to get iOS 27. I have been told that any Apple device, from the iPhone 11 up, including the iPhone SE 2nd gen and newer, will receive the update. Hope this helps! Have a good day! -NKTMAT.
I guess I just give up at the point. I have an M5 Air, a new Mac mini, iPhone Pro 17 Max all on the latest PROD releases. NONE of the betas for 27 show for me. I called dev support and they told me my account looks fine and to post here. I post here and no one seems to be able to figure out why I can't see the betas. I submitted 2 feedback requests and both were closed as "working as designed". Nobody can verfiy the betas are on a phased roll out for devs, no one can find any issues with my account and no one can figure out why as a registered DEV I can't see any of the 27 betas on any of my devices. I just don't get it.

Totally not true. As I said, it's just buggy. And the bugs are in the current version, which isn't being updated anymore.
Rebooted, signed in and out etc.
You may need to try that multiple times.
I've done literally everything
You can always download a restore image from the developer site and use Apple Configurator. Granted, it's not as easy as an over-the-air update, and you'll lose all your existing data, but it will have the beta afterwards.
