Account reinstated but Certificates, IDs & Profiles still inaccessible

My Developer Program account was suspended due to a notarization issue. After submitting identity verification, Apple approved my reinstatement on July 7, 2026 (case 102930206094).

However, I still cannot access Certificates, IDs & Profiles — clicking it redirects me to the "Need assistance with accessing your developer account?" support form. This happens in all browsers (Safari 18.7, Chrome 150.0.7871.100).

I have contacted Developer Support (new case opened) but the issue is being treated as a browser problem, which it is not.

Has anyone experienced this after reinstatement? How was it resolved?
