Hello Apple Developer Support and moderators,
My individual enrollment has been stuck in "Pending" despite completed payment and confirmed documents. I would greatly appreciate a manual review by the Enrollment team, or at least an ETA.
Timeline:
- July 1, 2026 — Paid the $99 membership fee. Invoice: MC83638630. Payment confirmed and charged.
- July 3, 2026 — Received email "We received your documents" from Apple Developer Relations, stating I would be followed up with "within two business days."
- July 8 — It has now been three business days past that promise with no response.
- I also replied to my support case (102931827245) on July 8, but have not heard back.
What I have already checked:
- Spam / Junk / Promotions folders — clean
- Apple ID primary email verified and matches the receipt
- Two-factor authentication enabled
- Signed out and back in to developer.apple.com — still "Pending"
- I have NOT clicked "complete your purchase" again to avoid a duplicate charge, since the first payment was already processed.
