VideoMaterial will let you play a video on a model, including an MOV video. If that video has transparent pixels, that transparency will be used when rendering the object. See Dive into RealityKit 2 from WWDC '21.
A video with a black background will render those pixels as black, so you will need to export the video file with transparency in the first place. Converting black pixels to transparent pixels won't be done automatically by RealityKit, you'll need to turn those pixels transparent in a program like Final Cut Pro.
