The Solution that forced it to 100%:
- Use a Wired Connection (Ethernet Adapter): Connect your iPhone directly to your fiber optic router/modem using an RJ-45 Ethernet to USB-C adapter. iOS treats a wired Ethernet connection with the highest background priority.
