Hide App directories from iFile* software

Apple's recent iOS 8.3 and 8.4 updates have blocked access to most of the Apps directory for apps downloaded from the App Store. http://www.macrumors.com/2015/04/13/ios-8-3-ifunbox-itools-sandbox-app-access/

This is good for me because the apps I am developing requires high security protection and doesn't want software such as iExplore to access the app directories on Macs. However, all the apps I am developing will be distributed as enterprise ad-hoc manner, which, after testing, doesn't hide app directories/files as the apps do that distributed by Apple App Store.

Any solutions available that I could develop enterprise apps that hide app directories same as those in Apple app store?

Since iOS10 all "Distributed" Apps-Files-Sandboxes (Appstore + Enterprise + AdHoc) seems to be 'protected' from Tools like iExplorer/iFunbox and xCode (AppSandbox-Container-Export).

Only Apps signed with "Developer" Certs/Prov-Profiles can be explored with that tools from now.

Can you confirm that (not documented) bahaviour change?
