I have created a set of offer codes for 1 year free for existing app users. The app use to be a one-time download and is now on a subscription model. When existing users try the code, a message indicating that they are not eligible for this offer pops up. I set up the offer code within the subscription group and indicated that it is for existing users. Any step I might be missing?
