I am trying to push up a new version of my app and since the new media manager want screenshots also for iphone 5.5 I have to upload new screenshot, well, if I try to delete the actual screenshts i get:
HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
Server: daiquiri/3.0.0
{"data":null,"messages":{"warn":null,"info":null,"error":["Error saving version media changes"]},"statusCode":"ERROR"}
The same error also in uploading images.
Have anyone else the same errore in EU/IT ?

I have a similar problem. I am trying to change the screenshots of my app with this next release.
I get a "Your app information could not be saved..." error on the page everytime I try to save the changes. Even if I try to save changes after only removing one of the old screenshots.
The console shows: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)"
Am on Chrome but I tried it in Safari with the same results.

Having the same issue uploading images for iPad (12.9).
I am having the same issue currently trying to change images for 5.5 inch. Is there a way to contact itunes connect support? I can't find one that actually goes anywhere.
I am having the same problem as it already has 2 days, I activated the support that is offered by iTunes Connect and I am waiting for the answer, as soon as I have the answer I go back to post
