Our first app submission has been in "Waiting for Review" since July 22 with no status change (6 days).

This is our first submission from a new developer account. The App Review Information section includes a demo account for the business panel, and the customer side is usable without login.
We contacted App Review Support on July 26 (case above) but have not received a reply yet. Any information about the status would be appreciated.
