Our first app submission has been in "Waiting for Review" since July 23, 2026 and has not yet moved to "In Review" — now over five days with no communication in Resolution Center.

Our App Review information is complete: an active demo account, detailed review notes, and a full walkthrough video are all attached. We're not looking to jump the queue — we'd just appreciate any insight into whether the submission is healthy and simply waiting on backlog, or whether anything is needed from our side.
