Since 2026-07-28 I have received no crash reports at all — neither in the Xcode Organizer nor in App Store Connect. Before that date crash reports arrived regularly, and had done so consistently for the past year.
This does not look like a filter or display artifact:
- The Organizer Crashes tab is empty for every filter range.
- App Store Connect shows no crashes for the same period.
- Crash reporting did not taper off. It went from arriving normally to nothing from one day to the next, and has stayed at nothing since.
- A third-party crash reporter in the same app still records fatal crashes, including within the last two days. Devices are crashing; the reports are not arriving at Apple.
- Reproduces in Xcode 26.6 and in Xcode 27.0 beta 4, so it is not specific to the beta or to a single Xcode installation.
Already ruled out, none of which made any difference:
- Apple Developer Program License Agreement is accepted.
- Age Rating declaration is complete.
- Xcode account removed and re-added, certificates re-checked.
Developer System Status logged an App Store Connect performance issue on 2026-07-29, 09:25–13:25 PDT, marked resolved. The timing is close to the onset, and crash reporting does not appear to have resumed since.
Filed as FB24131907. Feedback Assistant shows "Recent Similar Reports: None", so as of today there is apparently no comparable report on file.
Colleagues with unrelated apps on separate accounts are seeing the same thing starting at the same date, which is why I am posting rather than only filing.
If you are affected, please reply with your FB number and the date your crash reports stopped. Several accounts showing the same onset date is what rules out per-app causes.
