Hey all, hoping someone has run into this or has insight.
My app was approved by App Review, and I have it set to "Automatically release this version" after approval. It's now been several days and the app still isn't live on the App Store.
Before approval, Apple's dev support reached out asking me to complete a few additional verification steps (DSA/Digital Service Act verification for the developer account). I completed everything they asked for, and I even received an email confirming the verification was done and that the app "is visible on the App Store" — which it isn't, at least not for me or anyone I've asked to check.
What I've confirmed on my end:
Status in App Store Connect shows approved Release setting is "Automatically release this version" (not manual, not scheduled for a future date) No pending agreements, tax, or banking issues flagged No rejection or additional request showing in Resolution Center
Has anyone experienced a delay like this between approval and actual propagation to the Store, especially tied to a DSA verification step? Trying to figure out if this is:
A known propagation delay after these compliance verifications Something stuck on Apple's backend that needs a support escalation Something I'm missing on my end
Any pointers appreciated — happy to share more details if useful.
