Hi,
since that is our first App Store launch we did expect longer review times. But first it was stuck in Waiting for Review for 7 days and now it's stuck in Review for 10 days.
A request for status update on the support has also been there for 5 days now with no response either.
Is that happening to more people or why?
Review Status showing done:
Fun thing is, when we load the app connect page in the morning it shows the app was approved but the link to App Store shows no app available.
I'm very curious if other people had that issue where it shows as if the review is done but then after refresh it isn't.
As of now the app still shows in review but we have the same state issue for the appconnectstore page every morning.
