I have been unable to upload App Store screenshots for over two weeks and Apple Developer Support has not been able to resolve the issue.

The problem is very consistent:
- I upload a valid screenshot (1242 × 2688, PNG).
- Upload starts successfully.
- The thumbnail appears and begins processing.
- Processing completes.
- The thumbnail disappears automatically.
- The screenshot is never saved.
This happens every single time.
I am only uploading 6.5-inch screenshots that fully meet Apple's requirements.
I have never uploaded mixed device sizes or multiple screenshot sizes.
I have already tested:
• Safari • Google Chrome • Multiple Macs • PNG and JPG • App Version page • Media Manager
The behavior is identical every time.
Developer Support suggested checking localizations and device sizes, but that is not the issue because I cannot successfully upload even a single screenshot.
I also found another developer on Reddit experiencing a very similar issue, where screenshot processing never completes correctly, which makes me wonder if this is an App Store Connect backend problem.
Has anyone experienced this recently?
If an Apple engineer sees this, could you please investigate whether there is an issue with App Store Connect screenshot processing or whether my app record needs to be reset on Apple's side?
