I am trying to submit but I keep getting these 2 errors :-)
Unable to Submit for Review Your auto-renewable subscription must be submitted with its subscription group. To submit your items for review, add an app version for the selected platform.
Problem is I cannot find where to do this. The UI is appaling.

Could you show what you have entered in appStoreConnect ?

It seems to me that you are trying to submit subscription plans alone without a new software version. Other than that, it's hard to tell because there is little followup.
same thing is happening to me. I've be jerking around with this for almost a month
这个我也遇到过，不过我解决了，只从内购物品与ipa变成同级审核了之后，原先的需要先将app版本提交草稿里，然后再去草稿箱里选择一起提交。如果你提前提交了ipa的就不行了要撤回重新放到草稿提交里一起提交。这是我个人解决的时候遇到的哈
