distribute using Enterprise distribution to client using ur own company?

I have an enterprise client who has a small company who wants me to make an app for it. He doesn't want to start an enterprise membership with apple as he wants me to handle all the fuss. is it legal or official that i create an enterprise developer membership with apple using my own legally registered company and sign and distribute apps to clients using it?

like the client has about 50 devices, so i sell him the 50 device quota and i manage all the fuss about development and distribution profiles and sign the app for the companys device and basically manage all his IT needs for the iPhone app my self?

can this be done? is it legal or official?

short and sweet... client wants to outsource his company's IT management to me, the developer.

I currently manage this with a client of mine, I have provited 99.9% of the required resource to get them an interal site that only their employees can install.

There is a very little for your client to gain by asking your company to take on such risk as it is not offical it is clearly stated in the agreement when the program is purchased. The flip side there is too much for you and your company to loose by either declaring yourself as a legal employee with authority from the compnay (your client) to enter into legal binding contracts during program enrollment or distributing an app on your clients on your Enterprise Program. If apple determins that such an app that does not have anything to do with you and your clients core business and is not for doing business directly between you two, both of you stand the chance to permantlly loose your programs.

There are roles of Agent and Admins that you should query as it lets you handel all your clients need, and you don't even need to have a paid iOS dev program, you just need to have a apple id registed as a developer.

The only pain the hind I think is that your going to have to deal with is getting your client a DUNS number if they dont alreay have one.

in better words...

client has a compnay. client is supposed to have an enterprise membership with apple and give me the development and distribution certificates.

cleint wants i create the enterprise membeship using my own company and handle everything for him and charge him for that.
