Hi Apple Developer Community,
Our app has been waiting for App Review for around 15 days, and we still haven't received any update or response from the App Review team.
The app was submitted for review on July 26, 2026, and it has remained in the "Waiting for Review" status since then.
We have also tried contacting the appropriate support/contact team, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response there either.
This is blocking our production release and affecting our customers who are waiting for the app.
Could anyone advise what we should do in this situation or how we can escalate the review?
