Hi everyone,
Our first iOS app submission has been in “Waiting for Review” since July 30, 2026.
We contacted Apple Developer Support on August 10 and received case number 20000133171394, but we have not received any response so far, and the app status has not changed.
There are no visible issues or messages in App Store Connect, and we have already provided the required review information and demo account credentials.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently with a first-time app submission? If so, how long did it take before the review started, and was there anything you did that helped?
