My app has been in "Waiting for Review" for 12 days with no change in status. In the same period, five other updates from the same developer account went through review normally, within the usual timeframe. So this does not appear to be a general queue backlog or an account-level issue.

An expedited review request was submitted and had no effect.

The previous version of this update was rejected under Guideline 4.3, and the issue behind that rejection has been fully addressed in this build. Details are in the Review Notes.

There is no active thread in Resolution Center, so I have no way to contact the review team about this submission directly.

Could someone confirm whether this submission is queued correctly or whether it is stuck? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Same issue. Even more they did not even signed in when giving me Guideline 4.3(b), just gave it and thats it

I am experiencing the exact same severe issue. It seems there is a backend bug completely freezing specific submissions in the "Waiting for Review" queue, and the expedited system is entirely broken right now.

My first app has been completely frozen in "Waiting for Review" for 11 days. Overall, I am on Day 28 of non-stop system delays because it previously took an inexplicable 17 days just for my Apple Developer enrollment to clear.

Just like your situation, I was officially granted an "Expedited Review" by Apple support. The agents explicitly confirmed it was active, but it had absolutely zero effect. The status refuses to move, and standard support only replies with automated templates.

Since your other apps went through fine, but this specific one is stuck even with an expedited request, it heavily points to a silent queue lock or backend glitch affecting certain binaries. You are definitely not alone in this nightmare. We desperately need an Apple Engineer to investigate why these submissions are permanently stuck.
