Our first iOS submission has been in "Waiting for Review" for 8 days with no status change and no messages in App Store Connect.

We have not received any communication from App Review, and there are no outstanding items requiring our response.
We understand review times can vary, but this is well beyond the stated 24-48 hour expectation, and we have seen several similar reports from other developers who submitted around the same date. Could someone please check whether this submission is progressing in the queue or blocked for some reason?
We would prefer not to cancel and resubmit, as we understand that would place us at the back of the queue.
