Hi im searching for a little help as I have tried telephone support, email, expediting review and still im stuck.
I pushed my app to app review on the 29th July 2026, iOS version at 1436 UK time, and tvOS version at 1426 UK time.
iOS went to in review status on august 6th 2026 at 0313am UK time, then ready for distribution on august 6th 2026 at 0322am UK time.
tvOS however, went into in review status 6th august 2026 at 1404pm UK time, and has remained there ever since. its now currently 17th august 2026 1203pm UK time.
Everything is clear, the login details needed to test the app were used on 9th august 2026 at 1534pm UK time, and therefore this is now confusing me. there is nothing at all in any notes on App Store Connect that says anything is wrong, its simply stuck in review status and doesnt appear to be moving forward but I need to distribute both versions at the same time and this is holding up the iOS distribution.
If anyone from apple is reading this please could you make contact as I have attempted to email, and had no response, ive requested expedited review as it states expedited is for bug fixes and timed or urgent release, this hasn't worked and a also spoke to telephone support to see if they could help and unfortunately they could only send an email direct to review team.
