I submitted my first app for review on August 8, 2026 at 10pm BKK. Since, then it took close to 11 days to change to status from "waiting for review" to "in review" (status changed to "in review" on August 19, 4:30pm BKK).
I have raised support requests with apple but did not hear back anything from the team. I have been patiently waiting all this while but I have started to lose patience now seeing that its taking extremely long time and no response from apple on the support queries.
Please suggest what can I do in this situation.
