How do I get TestFlight Feedback notifications?

I keep on missing TestFlight users' screenshot and crash feedback because there are no notifications. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?

In the App Store Connect iOS app, select an app, and choose Notifications. There’s toggles for Crash Feedback and Screenshot Feedback.
