I have requested an entitlement for my DriverKit based driver, but the status is still in "Submitted" phase. I have also tried contacting Apple Support by phone/mail but to no avail [Case ID: 20000143721904]. Below are the details of my request. Is there any way to know the turnaround time or to expedite the process as this entitlement is necessary for the distribution of our app? Also, what is the preferrable way to follow up in such cases?
- Entitlement: com.apple.developer.driverkit.transport.pci - DriverKit PCI (PrimaryMatch)
- Team: 8S33FS7Q5Q
- Request Id - NZYWRD96U3
- Requested At - August 13, 2026
- Type - Team
- Status - Submitted
Thank you, Abishek.

I believe your request was approved earlier today, but the normal turnaround time is a few weeks.
FYI, you may see two entries on your account labeled:
DriverKit PCI (PrimaryMatch)
DriverKit PCI (Legacy)
The "PrimaryMatch" is the new configuration which includes the two vendor IDs you requested, while "Legacy"[1] is holdover from an earlier version of our entitlement management system. The Legacy entry will be deleted shortly (if it hasn't already) as having multiple grants of the same entitlement ("com.apple.developer.driverkit.transport.pci") only creates problems.
Also, what is the preferable way to follow up in such cases?
If you have technical issues with your entitlement configuration (for example, a complex entitlement merge like yours or the wrong values in the entitlement), you can file a Code-level support request, and I can sort out any issues through email.
[1] Note that "Legacy" just means that it was granted through our older system, not that there's anything wrong/different/bad with it. It only becomes an issue if you need to have a new entitlement configuration granted to your account.
