Cannot save a shortcut I created in the Shortcuts App to Dock

Cannot save a shortcut I created in the Shortcuts App to the dock. Get the following message.

The file “CompRmLights.app” couldn’t be saved in the folder “Applications”.

Have disabled csrutil with no luck. Anyone have any answers.

Thanks for the post. Guessing you are on a macOS and you know that you can’t save into the Applications folder. It is not trying to write to the main system /Applications folder, which is why disabling System Integrity Protection (SIP) didn't help.

I would not suggest to disable the csrutil, please to re-enable with csrutil enable Leaving it disabled is a significant security risk.

Can you save the shortcut in another user directory and just change the permissions? Open System Settings > Privacy & Security. Scroll down and click on Files and Folders. Expand the Shortcuts app and make sure it has permission to access your Desktop, Documents, and any other requested folders, avoid the Full Disk Access is my suggestion.
