Our app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 7 days now, and I'd like to check if this is expected given current queue times, or if something might be blocking it.

I've checked App Store Connect and don't see any messages, missing information, or action required on our side. This is our very first submission to the App Store, and the delay is affecting a planned launch.
I've also just submitted a request for expedited review given the time-sensitivity.
Has anyone experienced something similar recently? Any guidance on next steps would be greatly appreciated.
