I am requesting assistance regarding the App Review rejection of my application, My Majikan.
App Name: My Majikan Apple ID: 6803704433 Version: 1.5 Bundle ID: mymajikan.MyMajikan Submission ID: 9e81e141-e752-4413-8134-6e2054f36bd3 Rejection: Guideline 4.3(a) – Design – Spam
The review message states that the application may share a similar binary, metadata, assets, or concept with applications submitted by other developers. However, the message does not identify which element or application caused the similarity concern.
My Majikan is an integrated workforce management platform developed for Malaysian employers and employees. It connects to our own backend and includes role-based Employer and Employee portals, GPS attendance, work schedules, leave and overtime management, expense claims, payroll, electronic payslips, company announcements, internal chat, and audio/video workplace calling.
This is a single application with one Bundle ID. We are not submitting separate reskinned versions for different companies.
Could you please help clarify whether the rejection relates to:
- Source code or binary similarity
- Application design or assets
- App Store metadata
- The application’s general concept
- Another specific application
We would appreciate more specific information so we can address the concern accurately. We can provide source-code ownership evidence, backend and domain ownership, company information, reviewer credentials, and a screen recording demonstrating the complete application workflow.
