I have a lot of mismatches coming up and would like to copletely reset the people album but I am unable to find the settings to do to so.
How do I reset the People Album in Photos?
Another way to look at this would be, how do I delete the 'key photos' the Photos app is using for the source of the People album?
Bump - do not see any option for this in the latest beta.
In the people album if you select a photo in the album you can then use the lower left button to access edit options, like making a photo the key photo, clearing a mismatched photo, etc.
Yes, I know that option exists for individual phtos. I would like to reset the entire album. I wanted to see what would happen if I deleted a person it recognized and now I can't seem to get them back.
Go to People album on your Mac and select all the Faces that appear there. Then press the delete key. You will see a dialogue box warning that all your Faces data will be deleted, which should start everything over again from scratch.
