- Enrollment ID: 8JSA76PQND
- Enrollment type: Company / Organization
- Country: Israel
Timeline:
- Enrollment submitted as an Organization with an active D-U-N-S number (626526092).
- 11 August 2026: Apple emailed asking for manual verification documents, since identity and association could not be verified automatically.
- 17 August 2026: I uploaded all three requested documents via developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/ referencing this enrollment ID: (a) government photo ID, (b) a signed ownership and authority letter, (c) the business registration certificate.
- Since then: no further communication from Apple of any kind. No approval, no rejection, no request for anything additional.
- 1 September 2026: I sent a status request through Apple Developer Support referencing this enrollment ID. No reply after a week.
- Today the account portal still shows "Your enrollment is being processed."
My actual question is about one of those documents. AYA Labs is a registered Israeli sole proprietorship (Osek Murshe), not an incorporated company. Israel does not issue a companies-registry certificate for this business form, so for that requirement I supplied the official Israel Tax Authority VAT registration certificate (Form 34), which is the equivalent registration document. It is bilingual Hebrew and English.
Is that the correct document for an Israeli sole proprietorship, or is the review waiting on something else? If a different document is needed, I can provide it the same day.
I am not able to ship signed and notarized macOS audio plugin builds until this is approved, so this is blocking a product release. I would rather fix a document problem today than keep waiting on a review that is stalled for a reason nobody has told me.
Thank you.
