Organization membership expired despite an active subscription — no Renew button

Hello, Our organization’s Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired as of August 30, 2026, but the Apple Developer Program subscription on my Apple Account is active until April 8, 2027. The expiration notice says: Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. It directs me to open the Apple Developer app and select Renew, but there is no Renew button available in the app or on the website. I therefore have an active subscription, an expired organization membership, and no apparent way to resolve the issue myself. I contacted Apple Developer Support more than a week ago, but I still haven’t received a response. Support case ID: 20000127078034 Could someone from Apple please help review or escalate this case? Specifically, I need to understand whether my active subscription is correctly linked to our organization’s team and how to restore the existing membership without paying for a duplicate subscription. Has anyone experienced the same mismatch and found a way to resolve it? Thank you for your help.
