Build uploads and processes normally. Adding the build to an External group / Submit for Review fails with BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING. Public TestFlight link previously worked briefly, then returned Not Found after builds expired / public link disabled. There is no Beta / TestFlight agreement I can accept myself. This looks like the TestFlight Beta contract is missing or detached on Apple’s backend (same pattern reported by others when Free/Paid agreements are already Active).

Could an Apple engineer please check and re-provision / reattach the Beta contract for this app/account?
