There has been a 30 sec video on display on our app store page for the iPad for a few years. It has always been available. However when Apple introduced its new Media Manager problems begain to appear. Like - if you happen to use one portrait screenshot the Media Manager turns all of the landscape screenshots into portrait views. The only way to prevent this is to NOT to use a mix of portrait/landscape screenshots. (According to Apple this is scheduled for fixing in iOS 11/iTunes Connect.)
This missing video seems similar in nature.
With the new Medai Manager you are advised to upload 12.9" screenshots and iTunes Connect will resize them for 9.7" iPads (no info on the 10.5" though). That resizing works except for the videos which show fine on the 12.9 but it doesn't even show up when viewing the same app store page with a 9.7" iPad. (Curiously, this video was created using the 9.7" iPad.)
So, anyone out there know how I can fix this?
