Entity: 9ten Studios LLC (organization enrollment)
My enrollment has now twice gone from showing "In Review" to showing "Enroll Now" again in the Apple Developer app, as if no enrollment exists. I was never notified of a rejection, a cancellation, or a missing item either time.
History:
Application submitted and confirmed received; case forwarded to a senior advisor.
Later told by support that a government-issued ID had never been received, despite my having submitted it. I resubmitted.
Since then the status has reset to "Enroll Now" on two separate occasions.
Legal entity name, address, and D-U-N-S record match exactly. The verification contact phone is reachable.
Questions:

Was this enrollment cancelled or closed? If so, on what grounds, and why was there no notification?

Is there a duplicate or conflicting enrollment record on my Apple Account blocking it?

Can I get a named owner on this case and a written list of anything outstanding?
This is blocking TestFlight distribution on a committed timeline.
