Broken apple apps after command line tools update

My MacOS just updated command line tools and some apple apps are not working properly, they will start and never prompt any error. Still, safari is not loading web pages, although my internet connection and google chrome are working fine. App store is not loading anything on any tabs. Finally, iTunes is not showing apps from the store. I don't know if this is related, but "softwareupdate -l" outputs the following:

objc[30386]: Class AMSupportURLConnectionDelegate is implemented in both /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/OSPersonalization.framework/Versions/A/OSPersonalization (0x118039050) and /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/EmbeddedOSInstall.framework/Versions/A/EmbeddedOSInstall (0x113789d98). One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

I also have "mas" command line tool, installed by homebrew, which outputs the same error when running "mas list". Here are some details:

"sw_vers" output:

ProductName: Mac OS X

ProductVersion: 10.13

BuildVersion: 17A330h

"pkgutil --pkg-info=com.apple.pkg.CLTools_Executables" output:

package-id: com.apple.pkg.CLTools_Executables

version: 9.0.0.0.1.1501856957

volume: /

location: /

install-time: 1502359588

groups: com.apple.FindSystemFiles.pkg-group

updates are bad after 10.13 beta 3, what is going on at apple? Did they stop caring about MacOS????

I have the same.
I don't remember if I the last update was including the command line tool.
I have both the files and the same exact issue with AppStore, Safari
and also iTunes, AppStore in iTunes, and also "My account" in both iTunes & AppStore that doesn't do anything.

@victormm Have you found a solution so far?

sw_vers:

ProductName: Mac OS X

ProductVersion: 10.13.1

BuildVersion: 17B35a

I have the same problem when I update to 10.13.2.

Also have this problem, on High Sierra (10.13.2) after installing command line tools (xcode-select --install).
