Typical is an iOS app with a custom keyboard extension for high value salespeople: luxury real estate, yachts, cars, watches.
The app stores clients, assets and conversation history. The keyboard shows the relevant client context inside WhatsApp while the user types, so they can answer specific questions without leaving the conversation.
Feedback I am looking for:
- Keyboard onboarding: enabling the keyboard and granting Full Access. Is the warning off putting? Is the reason for Full Access clear enough?
- Client recap screen: is it understandable the first time it appears?
- Stability and performance: crashes, freezes, input lag in the keyboard.
