Our Apple Developer Program organization enrollment has been stuck in Pending since September 15, 2026.
The $99 membership payment was successfully processed and has fully settled. The Apple order page now shows “Enrollment Complete” and “Electronically Delivered,” but the Developer account remains Pending and we still do not have access to the Developer Program.
The order originally indicated that processing could take up to 48 hours, but it has now been seven days.
We have contacted Apple Developer Support and have open support cases, but responses have been significantly delayed.
Has anyone experienced the same situation where the membership was successfully paid and electronically delivered, but the Developer account remained Pending? If so, was Developer Support required to manually activate or link the membership?
Any guidance from someone who has experienced this would be greatly appreciated.
