Touch ID System Preference gone in 10.13

Running Beta 10.13 on a MacBook Pro late-2016 with TouchBar. The Touch ID system preference is completely gone!

This is the error I get when I try to open using Spotlight:

"You can’t open the “Touch ID” preferences pane because it is not available to you at this time. To see this preferences pane, you may need to connect a device to your computer."

I reset the SMC and the NVRAM and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Same issue here.

Same here. Issues seems rampant.

Did anyone solve this yet? I have a 2017 MBP and touch id is still AWOL.

Updated last night and TouchID is gone for me too. :-(

Do let me know of anyone found a solution for this?

Hi, got same problem, reset SMC and NVRAM, nothing helps...

Anybody found a solution?

Perhaps i run into the problem after the supplemental update.

My MBP 15" 2016 with touch bar and macOS 10.13.1 beta (17B42a). I can see and access the Touch ID preference pane in System Preferences.

Hello, I just went through a day or two of just messing around with this problem, and I found a solution for it(which is why I'm posting) In order to fix it you simply need to
A: Boot into safemode, then reboot into normal or
B: Reinstall your os using recovery mode.
