Hello, I’m trying to make a payment for a 1-year subscription, but the payment keeps being declined. I have tried both my Visa and Maestro cards, and neither of them is accepted. I have already checked with my bank/card provider, and there is no issue or restriction on my cards. Both cards work normally for other online payments. It therefore appears to be a payment system issue on your side rather than an issue with my cards.
