I successfully installed High Sierra Developer Beta 5. When I tried to install Beta 6 I received an error message "You may not install to this volume because it is currently being decrypted". I went to Security & Privacy / FileVault and it showed that the hard drive was being decrypted and that there was more than one day remaining. It had already been running at least one day. Is this a problem related to installing Beta 6? Any advice on what to do?

I'm stucked in the same situation, FileVault seems is locking the HD and doesn't decrypt the disk, i can't disable also FileVault.

I got a permissions fault when rebooting after installing beta 6. No Filevault active. After a couple of tries to get it back I had to nuke and pave.

Tried again from a fresh nuke and pave and Beta 6 boots to recovery partitioin after launching installer.

I ended up waiting for the decryption to complete. Took four days to finish the last 1%. Then Beat 6 installed and no problems since
