I'm looking for some advice or assistance regarding a recent app submission.
My app has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status for over 7 days (submitted on Sep 30]).
I already reached out to Developer Support via the Contact Us form 3 days ago (Case number: 102983210348), but I haven't received any reply or update yet. I also double-checked TestFlight and there are no crash issues on IPv6 networks.

Has anyone experienced this kind of delay recently? Or is there an Apple representative on the forum who can help look into this case? We just want to make sure there are no unexpected issues and are ready to provide any further information if needed.
