Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out here out of frustration and in the hope that someone from Apple or the developer community can help.
Our app, PauerOne, has been stuck in the App Store review process for over a week, with absolutely no progress or meaningful updates.
According to Apple's official documentation, 90% of submissions are reviewed in less than 24 hours. Yet here we are, more than seven days later, still waiting without any indication of what's happening.
As developers, we fully understand the importance of Apple's review process and respect the need to ensure quality and compliance. However, the complete lack of transparency makes it incredibly difficult to plan releases, coordinate our team, and communicate timelines to our users.
What makes this particularly frustrating:
- No clear explanation for the delay.
- No indication of whether additional information is required.
- No estimated review completion date.
- No meaningful way to understand what's holding up the process.
We've invested significant time, effort, and resources into building this product, and being left in limbo for over a week is genuinely discouraging.
Has anyone else experienced similar review delays recently? If so, how did you manage to get things moving?
And if someone from Apple's App Review team happens to see this post, we would sincerely appreciate any assistance or guidance.
We're not asking for special treatment. We're simply asking for transparency, communication, and a reasonable review timeline.
Thank you!
